Silver Stacking Bangles

This is a 4 hour class designed for you to create lovely, skinny stacking bangles. You will have enough time, support and materials to create two skinny stacking bangles using traditional silver smith techniques. On this course you will; • Determine your wrist size and measure your silver to fit. • Cut the silver to the correct size using a jeweller’s saw. • Form the silver into circles or ovals using the mandrels and hammers available. • Practise your soldering techniques. • Add any texture you would like. • File, polish and finish your new jewellery. This course is not suitable for children under 16 years and anyone under the age of 18 years need to be accompanied by an adult also attending the course. Refreshments including hot and cold drinks, and snacks are provided on the day.
