Christmas Torched Enamelled Workshop

This short course based in my workshop , will let you try different skills and techniques to create your very own, handmade by you, torch enamelled Christmas themed jewellery and ornaments. During the day you will get to try your hand at adding colour and patterns to Christmas themed copper blanks using vitreous enamel. You will get to choose from the ready made blanks stocked in the studio, to create earrings and pendants, or add ribbon to hang your pieces from the tree. All the equipment needed for torch firing will be available on the day, so that you can experience how this technique can be replicated at home fairly easily and within a reasonable budget. You will explore using millefiori, flakes and threads to create unique designs and patterns. Included in this course is everything you need to explore this technique and create some pieces to take home. Included in the workshop are 4 Christmas themed copper blanks, and as many others that you can fit in during the time scale. Hot and cold drinks and light snacks available. Please bring your own lunch.
