Silver Hoop Earrings Workshop

During this workshop you will get to practise some of the traditional silversmith techniques needed to create a stunning pair of hoop earrings. This course will give you a taste of working in a metal work shop, using traditional tools and techniques. A brilliant day for anyone who is interested in the mechanics of metal work and needs a new pair of earrings! During this course you will practise the following; Design your earrings Using a jewellers saw to cut your silver to measure Shaping the silver Adding texture and patterns using a variety of techniques Soldering components Sanding and clean up of solder joints Finishing and polishing.
